Mixed Fish Tofu Soup

Open the belly of the miscellaneous fish to remove the cheeks and fishy lines and wash.

Lean meat. Coriander, ginger.
3.
Lean meat slices put starch, light soy sauce, pepper, ginger slices and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut the tofu into pieces and set aside.
5.
Boil water in the pot.
6.
After the water boils, add some oil, put the lean meat in and cook for 10 seconds.
7.
Put the tofu into a boil.
8.
Finally, add the mixed fish and cook for 2-3 minutes.
9.
Sprinkle with coriander, add salt and sesame oil to taste.
10.
