Mixed Fruit Milk Coconut Sago
1.
Rinse the sago with water, put 1300ml of water and 250g of sago in the pot, and bring to a boil on high heat.
2.
When it is about to open, stir the sago with a spoon to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. After the water is boiled, turn to low heat and stir for 3 minutes.
3.
At this time, the sago was all white and came up. Turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
4.
After 10 minutes I opened the lid and saw that the sago had become translucent.
5.
Bring to a boil again, stir on low heat for 3 minutes, add a lid, and simmer for 40 minutes.
6.
Open the lid after 40 minutes and the sago will be completely transparent and cooked.
7.
Pour the cooked sago into a pot with small holes.
8.
Drain the water faucet and wash it hard until the sticky material on the sago is completely washed.
9.
Put water in the pot again, add the washed sago after it is boiled, and boil again. (This process is because it is disinfected again after washing with tap water)
10.
Sift through a clean sieve and put it in a container.
11.
Add 1000ml of pure milk to 150g of sugar and heat it until the sugar is melted, then pour into sago
12.
Pour into half a can of coconut milk and mix well.
13.
When eating, cut mango, strawberry, and banana into small pieces.
