The fresh lettuce I brought from my sister’s house, grown by myself, is still so tender after more than half a month. Served with fungus cold dressing, the favorite hot and sour taste, nutritious and healthy.

Mixed Lettuce with Fungus

1. After the fungus is soaked, blanch it in water and control the moisture for later use.

2. Peel the garlic into minced garlic

3. Wash coriander and cut into sections

4. Wash the lettuce and tear it into small pieces

5. Wash and shred red pepper

6. Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok and sauté the minced garlic

7. Take a large pot, add fungus, lettuce, red pepper shreds

8. Add salt, minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar and mix well

9. Add cooked sesame seeds and mix well

10. Plate.

Tips:

The ingredients are arbitrary, homemade cold side dishes, choose your own taste.
