Mixed Lettuce with Fungus

After the fungus is soaked, blanch it in water and control the moisture for later use.

Peel the garlic into minced garlic

Wash coriander and cut into sections

Wash the lettuce and tear it into small pieces

Wash and shred red pepper

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok and sauté the minced garlic
