Mixed Noodles

First prepare a bowl of cold boiled noodles. The amount of Longxu noodles depends on the individual's food intake. I used about 3 taels.

Cut lean meat, oiled tofu and shiitake mushrooms into cubes and set aside. Settle the shiitake mushrooms in water and set aside

Longxu noodles are very quick and convenient to cook. Cook them in a pot of boiling water for two or three minutes and remove them immediately (too late to shoot), put them in the prepared cold water basin (too late to shoot), and then remove them and place them in a plate or bowl.

Tips:
1. If the dried mushrooms are not soaked in time, you can put the dried mushrooms and warm water into a slightly larger fresh-keeping box, close the lid and shake it, and the hair will rise immediately.
2. Don't pour the shiitake mushroom water. Because during the soaking process of dried shiitake mushrooms, some nutrients will be partially dissolved in water, such as water-soluble vitamins such as B vitamins, and polysaccharides that have the effects of enhancing immunity and anti-tumor.
3. Although this noodle sauce is called sweet noodle sauce, it is actually salty, so there is no need to add salt and soy sauce. Unless your taste is heavy.
4. When cooking noodles, add some salt to the boiling water pot to make the noodles taste better.
