Mixed Sauce Tofu

Cut the lactone tofu into pieces.

Add vegetable oil to the pot and stir-fry with Pixian bean paste on low heat to get the red oil.

Add chopped green onion and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4.
Stir in the mixed sauce and stir well.
5.
Pour in an appropriate amount of water, add sugar, white pepper and dark soy sauce to a boil.
6.
Add the tofu over high heat to collect the juice.
