Mixed Spiced Dried Beans

Add water, salt, soy sauce, star anise, bay leaves, Chinese pepper, and dried red pepper to the bought dried white bean curd. Bring it to a boil for two to three minutes and then turn off the heat.

Soak the boiled dried tofu until the color is delicious.

Remove the lees and cut into thin filaments.

Put it in the dish with the mustard shreds.

Add shredded red and green peppers.

The taste is very fresh, sesame oil, sugar, and pepper oil are mixed into a bowl and poured into a plate.

Tips:
You can buy dried tofu and boil it. If you cook it yourself, don't make it too hot, soak it fully into the flavor.
