Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice

Prepare ingredients.

Add a little warm water to the eggs and stir them for later use. When scrambled eggs, the fish will always add some warm water. Do not use too much. Add a tablespoon to an egg, so that the scrambled eggs are tender.

Cut the garlic leaves into small pieces for later use. If you don't like garlic leaves, you can use green onions instead.

Add rice and 2 grams of salt and stir fry evenly. For rice, it’s best to use overnight rice, so that the grains of the fried rice are distinct. If there is no overnight rice, fresh rice is best to be beaten and fry in the pot. After adding the rice, be sure to use it. Stir fry on a low fire, the high fire is easy to paste, and the rice is difficult to break up.

Add garlic leaves and stir fry out of the pan.
