Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice

Add a little salt and a few drops of oil to the water, blanch the quick-frozen peas, corn kernels, and carrots in boiling water, remove them and let them dry.

Tips:
Add some oil and salt to the blanched vegetables so that the vegetables can maintain their original color.
