Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice

Pour proper amount of water into the pot, add corn kernels and peas to blanch water, remove and drain the water for later use

Finely chop green onion; dice green pepper and ham

Chopped lettuce

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it up, add green onions and sauté until fragrant, then add corn kernels, peas, green peppers and ham and stir-fry evenly

Pour in the rice and fry until it is ripe

Pour the lettuce and stir-fry evenly, add salt to taste, turn off the heat

Put it in a bowl and press lightly with a spoon
