Mixed Vegetables

Wash the ingredients and cut them into filaments.

Cut the sweet potato vermicelli short and soak in cold water to soften.

Add water to a boil in the pot, put the sweet potato vermicelli and boil it for about 30 seconds.

Add carrot shreds and thick louver to scald.

Remove and drain the water, and cool it with a fan.

Wash the garlic, mash it into a puree, and put it in a bowl.

Add pepper, pepper powder, light soy sauce and vinegar according to your taste, add appropriate amount of water and stir well.

Put all the ingredients into a large container, add sesame oil and pepper oil.

I like spicy food with chili oil or millet.
