Whether it is a slightly higher-end restaurant or a small restaurant, there is such a large mixed dish, which shows how popular it is!
Every time I dine out, the big mixed vegetables is also a must-order dish. Not only do I like the refreshing taste of the big mixed vegetables, but more importantly, when faced with the temptation of many delicacies, drink some soup first, and then eat some green vegetables. Chew slowly, Lala often talks about it, eat only a small amount of vegetables and soup to be full, neither overeating nor eating too much meat.

Mixed Vegetables

1. Put the peanuts in the pan in cold oil, you will slowly smell the aroma of peanuts, and the color will become heavier. Fry them on low fire for 5 to 7 minutes.

2. The fried peanuts are filtered to remove the oil, and they will become crispy after cooling.

3. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the boiling water, pour in snow peas and fry for 1 minute and remove immediately

4. Put the cooked sesame seeds in a fresh-keeping bag, crush them with a rolling pin, and sprinkle them in the large mixed vegetables later to increase the flavor

5. Bitter chrysanthemum, chicken greens, purple cabbage, snow peas, cherry radishes, small tomatoes, yellow sweet peppers, clean and drain the water, cut them and place them in a large basin (other green vegetables you like are also available, according to your preference set)

6. 1 tablespoon salt

7. 1 tablespoon sugar

8. 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of vinegar (aged vinegar or rice vinegar)

9. 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, add peanuts and sprinkle with sesame seeds and mix well
