Mixed Vegetables

Wash the coriander, peel off the carrots, and peel off the old onions.

Shred the onion and carrot, and cut the parsley into sections.
3.
Put the processed vegetables in a basin, mix the light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil into a flavored juice.

Pour the sauce into the vegetables and mix well.
