Mochi Bread

The butter is melted in water and cooled to a warm state.

Put ingredients other than black sesame and butter in the same deep pot, mix well, then pour in the butter, and continue to mix evenly.

Then add black sesame seeds and mix well.

The piping bag is filled with a medium round flower mouth, and then filled with mochi batter.

Squeeze out about 20 grams of a small round ball on the baking tray, and flatten the tip with a spoon in water.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 30 minutes, then change the heat to 180 degrees and bake for 5 minutes until the surface is golden.
Tips:
In addition to using a piping bag to squeeze out mochi balls, you can also wear gloves and knead them by hand, weighing about 20 grams each!
