Mochi Bun

Pour the butter, sugar, and milk into a small pot, heat it on a low heat until it melts, remember to stir it with a spatula.

Place it to warm and add eggs, salt, premixed powder, and sesame seeds. Use a spatula to cut and mix evenly. Do not stir in circular motions.

Preheat the oven in advance, divide the dough into small doses, round it and place it on the baking tray. The nonstick baking tray does not need grease paper.
4.
Put it in the oven at 170 degrees and bake for 35 minutes

Out of the oven!

The round mochi buns are really pleasing and easy to make. Try it when you have time!
