Ribs are braised. The rice noodles and glutinous rice in this steamed ribs absorb the fat in the ribs. The taste is not light but the taste is relatively refreshing. If you are tired of the heavy taste of thick oil red sauce, you may wish to try it.

Mochi Pork Ribs

1. Cut the fine ribs into 10cm long strips, add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, green onions, and ginger to mix well, and marinate in cold storage for half a day

2. Wash the glutinous rice, soak for 2-3 hours, drain off excess water

3. If the rice, pepper, and dried chili are fried until the rice is browned, let it cool and smash it into rice noodles with a cooking machine.

4. Marinated ribs wrapped in rice noodles and set aside

5. Put baby cabbage leaves on the bottom of the bowl, a layer of glutinous rice and a layer of ribs, steam them in a pot until the ribs are crispy

Tips:

When cooking rice noodles, pay attention to the heat, and don't rush. The beaten rice noodles can also be sealed and stored for later use. If you like the spiced or original, spicy flavor, just add your favorite spices to the rice noodles.
