Mochi Tenderloin

Cut the tenderloin into thick strips, wash and set aside.

Add cooking wine, salt, sugar, pepper, and oyster sauce to the tenderloin, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

Pour edible oil into the pot and heat to 60% heat.

Dip the marinated tenderloin one by one with flour, egg liquid, and then evenly dip the bread crumbs into the hot oil pan and fry until the shape is set, removed and dried.

Bring the oil to a boil, pour all the deep-fried tenderloin into the pan and re-fry until the color changes and remove.
7.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper on the plate (you can also put the salt and pepper in Fluttershy and eat it) and serve.
Tips:
It is best to deep-fry twice, so that the fried tenderloin will be tender on the outside and crispy and delicious. It can be eaten dipped in salt and pepper, or dipped in tomato sauce.
