Moldy Tofu

We are in the south, and there is a lot of tofu water. You need to drain the water, cut into small pieces and place the dried corn leaves in a paper box, and then cover with a layer of corn leaves. I stood still for more than a week, and I used it for ten days. White mold grows. I donβt grow very well, so I can simply eat it myself without black mold.

Mix the chili and salt well. The chili is more salt-absorbing, so you can use a little more. Prepare the white wine.

Take the moldy tofu and put it in the white wine.

Then put a layer of chili powder in the chili powder.

The rolled tofu is placed in a clean glass jar and can be eaten after being sealed for half a month. The glass jar was still air-dried at the time, so I put it in a bowl temporarily.
