Mongolian Salty Milk Tea

Prepare the milk pot, pour mineral water, and heat it up.

Put in tea leaves (the authentic method should be tea bricks), I used black tea at home. Bring the tea to a boil on a low fire.

Pour fresh milk into the tea soup and bring it to a boil again on low heat.
4.
Sprinkle in salt when it is served (I used sea salt and grind it four times).
5.
Strain the tea dregs when serving.
