Monkey Mushroom and Cordyceps Chicken Soup

The ingredients are ready; the Hericium erinaceus is soaked in rice washing water for 1 hour

Pour off the rice washing water, squeeze and wash with clean water repeatedly until the water becomes clear, then squeeze out the water and tear it up.

Soak the bamboo fungus in light salt water for later use, soak the lotus seeds and cordyceps flowers in clean water for 5 minutes and then rinse them off

Rinse the chicken repeatedly and cut off the lymph under the neck, pour water into the pot, add chicken and ginger slices

Add cordyceps flower, lotus seeds and hericium erinaceus, cover, boil for 1 hour on high heat
6.
Add the cut bamboo fungus, boil for another 20 minutes, and add the salt at the end.
