Monkey Mushroom, Cordyceps, Bamboo Sun, Pork Rib Soup
1.
Prepare the ingredients for soup. Soak the Hericium erinaceus in rice-washing water for 2 hours, repeatedly squeeze and wash, and tear the Hericium erinaceus into small pieces for later use.
2.
After soaking the bamboo fungus in light salt water, wash it off.
3.
If you are using dried Cordyceps flower, you can soak it in clean water for 5 minutes to clean it.
4.
The lotus seeds are also soaked for 5 minutes and washed.
5.
The ribs are blanched in water (blanch them in boiling water), cleaned, and set aside.
6.
Put the cooking oil and ginger slices into the Jiesel automatic cooking pot.
7.
Then put the Hericium erinaceus, bamboo fungus, cordyceps flower, lotus seeds, red dates, and piglets into the pot.
8.
Add about 1500 grams of purified water.
9.
Put the lid on, start the function of [Boiled Stew•Stewed Ribs], and the cooking program will be executed automatically. (If you don’t have a Jiesai automatic pot, you can use the induction cooker to simmer for 40 minutes on a high fire of 1800 watts, and then change to a low fire of 800 watts for 40 minutes.)
10.
When the cooking program shows OK, you can open the lid.
11.
After 80 minutes of simmering, open the lid, add some salt to taste according to your taste, and you are ready to eat!
Tips:
The Hericium erinaceus is soaked in rice water or corn starch water with 3 drops of white vinegar, which can fully wash the Hericium erinaceus and remove the bitter taste of the dried Hericium erinaceus.
