Mooncake with Lotus Seed Paste and Egg Yolk

Mix the salad oil, invert syrup and liquid soap evenly

Add flour, knead into a dough, let stand for half an hour

The lotus paste filling and half an egg yolk add up to 35 grams. Wrap half of the egg yolk in the lotus paste filling and knead into a circle

The pie crust is also divided into about 15g dumplings, about 14 pieces

Roll the mooncake dumplings in the cooked glutinous rice flour

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, set the shape, take it out and cool it slightly and brush with egg wash. After brushing, put it in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. After coloring, it will be out of the oven and cool.
Tips:
1. It is best to wear disposable gloves when filling stuffing. It is more difficult and requires more practice;
2. Do not brush too much egg liquid, just a thin layer;
3. Liquid soap is made by myself with 1:3 soda ash and water.
