Moroccan Beef Skewers

1. Combine fresh coriander, lime juice, garlic, oil, coriander, cumin powder, cayenne chili powder and cinnamon powder in a glass or ceramic bowl

2. Marinate the beef in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour (preferably overnight)

3. Put the marinated beef on bamboo skewers. Season with salt and pepper
