Moroccan Beef Skewers

Combine fresh coriander, lime juice, garlic, oil, coriander, cumin powder, cayenne chili powder and cinnamon powder in a glass or ceramic bowl

Marinate the beef in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour (preferably overnight)

Put the marinated beef on bamboo skewers. Season with salt and pepper
