Mouse Bun

Add sugar, yeast and water to the flour and knead it into a smooth, non-sticky dough that is doubled in size.

After kneading the noodles and exhausting them, roll them into strips. First, roll out a small piece of noodles into a dumpling skin shape. Use a thick straw to print out small circles to make ears, rub the thin strips to make the tail, and red beans to make the eyes, as shown in the figure to make a mouse.

Put it in the steamer to relax for 30 minutes, and steam in the pot on high heat for 13 minutes

Turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, then take out.
