Tips:
1. Mix the noodles with boiling water and cold water, the cakes are soft and tough, very delicious;
2. The noodles for making cakes should be made softer, and require more water than other noodles.
3. The amount of sesame seeds in the cake is determined according to your preference. The more you put the better, the better the taste, but the skin may break when rolling and rolling;
4. Cover the pancakes with the lid, the steam generated will make the pancakes softer in the pan.
