Mozzarella Sticks
1.
Mozzarella cheese slices (or any cheese slices bought in supermarkets) are cut into small cubes with a knife on the film
2.
Put the diced cheese, flour, black pepper and salt in the same container
3.
Stir well, add milk and knead into dough
4.
Roll the dough into a sheet about 0.5cm thick
5.
Put the butter in a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to roll it into about 1/3 the size of the dough
6.
Put the rolled butter slice in the middle of the dough and wrap the butter with the dough
7.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of flour on the tabletop, and roll out the butter-wrapped dough
8.
Fold it up again and again, roll it out again, three-fold
9.
Roll out the three-folded noodles into about 0.5cm thick noodles, cut off the corners with a knife, and cut into small strips, pick up a small strip, twist the two ends in the opposite direction and turn on the baking tray a few times
10.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, the middle of the oven, about 20 minutes (this is completely based on the oven, the first plate is baked with the original 190 degrees and the upper layer is battered, so I lowered the temperature on the second plate and put the middle layer)
