Multi-flavored Ribs

500g spare ribs, rinse well and control the water.

Put a spoonful of oil in the saucepan, about 35g. Saute the peppercorns, dried chili, ginger, garlic slices, spicy millet, and green onions.

Then stir fry the lower ribs until the meat turns white.

Add two tablespoons of ice blossom sour plum sauce and stir fry for about 1 minute

Add cooking wine and soy sauce to remove the smell, color, and add a little dark soy sauce appropriately.

Add hot water without ribs. Skim the surface foam after the water is boiled.
