Mung Bean Crisp

1. Water oil skin: all-purpose flour, eggs, sugar and water

2. Stir and knead into a smooth dough and wake for 30 minutes

3. Pastry: Stir all-purpose flour and lard to wake up for 30 minutes

4. Divide the water oil skin and ghee into small groups

5. Take a dough, flatten it and put ghee on it

6. Close the mouth and knead it into a ball, roll it into a long strip and roll it up

7. Roll again

8. Put on green bean paste

9. Close up and knead into a ball

10. Put it in a non-stick baking dish, coat with egg mixture, preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, and bake up and down for 30 minutes
