Mung Bean Pigeon Soup

Wash the pigeons and chop into pieces

Sliced ginger, knotted with chives

Wash the mung beans

Put the pigeon, mung beans, ginger and chives in the pot and pour some water

Cover the pot and turn the heat to simmer
6.
After the soup is boiled, scoop out the foam with a spoon (this process takes about 2 hours)
7.
Add the right amount of table salt
8.
Simmer for another 15 minutes, then
