Ingredients

Mushroom, Abalone and Shrimp Congee

1. Fresh shrimp, white shrimp used this time, don't have to pick the black thread inside. PS: When live shrimp are soaked in salt water for about 15 minutes, the river shrimp can spit out part of the body's dirt.

2. Process the abalone, remove the shell and internal organs, and rinse with water

3. Wash the shiitake mushrooms and remove the stems

4. Wash the garlic

6. Put ginger on the fresh shrimps and let them pass boiling water, as long as the shrimps change color, otherwise the meat will get old.

7. Dice abalone and marinate with garlic
