Mushroom and Crucian Carp Soup

Wash the crucian carp, add salt, cooking wine, and ginger to marinate.

Prepare the oyster mushrooms, tear them into pieces, and wash them.

Heat oil in the pan and add the crucian carp.

Fry it on both sides.

Add water.

The water becomes milky white.

Add oyster mushrooms.

Cook together for two or three minutes.

Add salt and green onions to taste.

Tips:
1. Fry the crucian carp first and then boil the soup, the soup is easy to boil into milky white.
2. Crucian carp with tofu, shredded white radish and mushrooms will taste better.
