Mushroom and Egg Soup

1. Beaten eggs

2. Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes

3. Add vegetable oil to the pot, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant

4. Add appropriate amount of water
