Mushroom and Fish Dried Salted Rice
1.
๐ Rinse the dried shiitake mushrooms, soak them in water until soft, remove the dried water and cut into small pieces for later use. Reserve the water for soaking the shiitake mushrooms for later use! ๐Cut the cabbage into small pieces! Cut the pork into small pieces and separate the fat and the lean! (Forgot to take pictures) ๐ Wash the peppers, star anise, and ginger and set aside!
2.
Warm the pan with cold oil, add the fatty meat and stir fry on low heat until the color is changed, and then add the lean meat and ginger (if it is pork belly, you can stir fry together)
3.
I donโt have dried squid in my house. I use small dried fish instead. Hesitation is more fragrant. Add some scallops, dried shrimps, or dried shrimp skins!
4.
Fry the dried fish in the oil and turn it slightly yellow!
5.
Cut the star anise and dried chili into small pieces and throw them into the pot to make it fragrant!
6.
After the chili and star anise are fragrant, add salt, thirteen incense, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the pot, and stir fry evenly with a few drops of vinegar!
7.
Add the washed and drained rice and stir fry until the rice is dry and can't be fried!
8.
Pour in the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms and boil it (the amount of water is just lower than the rice) and taste if it is appropriate!
9.
Add cabbage, mix well, pour it into a rice cooker, and steam it according to the usual function of cooking dry rice! (If you like to eat crispy cabbage, you can also wait for the rice to be cooked, stir-fry the cabbage over high heat and mix it with the cooked rice)
10.
Press the standard cooking button, wait...
11.
After steaming, the aroma is overflowing!
12.
Start to eat, perfect with a bowl of seaweed egg drop soup!
