Mushroom and Pork Liver Congee

Prepare materials

Wash the rice and soak in water for more than 2 hours, and soak the mushrooms in water for half an hour

Bring the soaked rice to a boil over medium heat, turn to medium and low heat and cook for 15 minutes

While cooking the porridge, wash the liver and slice it, marinate it with salt, cooking wine, oil, cornstarch and ginger for a while

Shred the soaked shiitake mushrooms

After the porridge has been cooked for 15 minutes, add shredded shiitake mushrooms, stir and boil for 10 minutes

Add the marinated pork liver and stir

Cook the liver and season with a little salt, sprinkle with diced green onions.
Tips:
This is a raw porridge. The liver will be refreshing just after being cooked.
