White radish has the effects of clearing heat and promoting fluid, cooling blood to stop bleeding, lowering the qi to widen the middle, eliminating food and resolving stagnation, appetizing and invigorating the spleen, and smoothing and resolving phlegm. It is nutritious and delicious when put into the old hen soup.

Mushroom and White Radish Chicken Soup

1. Boil the chicken nuggets in cold water, add ginger slices and cooking wine to remove fishy

2. Put it in the pot, then use cooking wine to remove the fishy

3. Put red dates

4. Let go of the water and bring it to a boil, then change to a low heat

5. Cut white radish and mushrooms

6. After the chicken is crumbled, add the white radish and add salt

7. Wait for the white radish to be a little soft, then add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes

8. Sprinkle chopped green onion

Tips:

Blanch the chicken first to remove any foam.
