Mushroom and Yam Black Chicken Soup

Prepare the ingredients you need.

Soak shiitake mushrooms, matsutake mushrooms and tea tree mushrooms in warm water.

Peel the yam and cut into hob pieces.

Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot, wash the black-bone chicken in the pot under cold water, put in the pepper and cooking wine, bring it out after boiling.

Rinse the black-bone chicken with clean water and put it into the inner bladder of the Elite Su Yan pot.

Add ginger slices, shiitake mushrooms, matsutake mushrooms, tea tree mushrooms, red dates and yam, and pour in an appropriate amount of water. It is recommended not to exceed the maximum water level.

Put the lid on and start the soup button for plain makeup, which lasts 2 hours.

After the soup is cooked, add the wolfberry berries and simmer for 2 minutes, and finally add salt to taste.
Tips:
The amount of water in the soup should be added at one time, but it is not recommended to exceed the maximum water level of the inner tank.
