Mushroom Ball Noodle Soup

Wash oyster mushrooms and tear them into small flowers; wash and pinch celery into small pieces.

Put the eggs in a frying pan and fry them on one side until golden.

Set the fried eggs on one side, add the oyster mushrooms and celery and stir well.

Add salt and pepper, add appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil.

Add the beef balls and cook them through.
