Mushroom Beef Sauce

The beef was soaked in blood and cut into small cubes. I chose beef tendon meat, which has more fascia and took a long time to process! This is my first time making beef sauce, and I did it after seeing many ways! I don’t do well, I hope you can give more valuable opinions from the predecessors!

Soak the shiitake mushrooms 12 hours in advance, wash and dice! Please ignore the shapes of my various ingredients and my photography skills!

Deep-fried raw peanuts, let cool, roll and peel!

Stir-fried sesame seeds, you can also go to the vegetable market to buy ready-made cooked sesame seeds!

Finely chop green onion and garlic.

Put peanut oil in the wok. Use a little more oil. Heat the oil. Place your hands on the wok and feel the oil heat. Then add the diced beef and fry until it is cooked!

Add a small bag of garlic chili sauce and four teaspoons of bean paste and stir fry!

Add the chopped green onion, ginger powder, and stir fry the chopped garlic to create a fragrance!

Add diced mushrooms and diced onions and stir fry!

Add cooked sesame seeds and chopped peanuts!

Add appropriate amount of water and stir fry. I have been frying for about half an hour. During this time, I have to stir the pot constantly to prevent it from getting stuck!

The finished picture, just tasted it, it is very delicious! It’s just that the presentation is not so good and the color is not so good. I don’t like spicy food, so the chili sauce is replaced with garlic chili sauce!
