Mushroom Chicken Burger

Prepare the ingredients: remove the stalks and wash the shiitake mushrooms, squeeze out the water for a while; after washing the lettuce leaves, soak in pure water for a while, remove and drain the water for use; wash the chicken breasts. I prepared two chicken breasts in the picture. But in fact only 0.5 yuan was used; because the meat is too little, the cooking machine is not easy to operate;

Chicken breast, diced ginger;

Beat into minced meat with a food processor;

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, black pepper, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and meat sauce into the minced meat, stir well, and marinate for a while;

Add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to the shiitake mushrooms, and marinate for a while;

Rub the meat into even-sized balls;

Brush an appropriate amount of vegetable oil on the baking pan and preheat;

Add meatballs, press flat, and fry until both sides are slightly yellow;

Add shiitake mushrooms and fry until cooked;

Combine the fried shiitake mushrooms, meatloaf with lettuce, and the [Mushroom Chicken Burger] is ready.
Tips:
1. There are 6 shiitake mushrooms, and only 0.5 chicken breasts are actually used; but because I need to use a cooking machine to ground meat, I prepared more minced meat for other use; this amount is relatively small, only 3 pieces [ Hamburg], you can increase the portion according to your needs;
2. Chicken breast can be replaced with pork tenderloin, etc.;
