Mushroom Chicken Congee

1. Wash the rice and put it in a casserole with boiling water

2. Chopped green onion and shredded ginger

3. Slice shiitake mushrooms for later use

4. Cut carrots into small cubes for later use

5. Cut chicken breasts into thin slices, add salt and cooking wine, and marinate.

6. Boil the rice until it blooms

7. Add shiitake mushroom slices

8. Add carrot diced

9. Finally add the chicken slices

10. Continue to boil until thick

11. Add salt, white pepper, shredded ginger, chopped green onion

12. Finally add chicken powder and stir well.

13. Put it in a bowl, ready to eat
