When the chicken meets the shiitake mushrooms and the garnish of the shacha sauce, the taste is really beautiful!

Mushroom Chicken Fried Rice

1. Marinated chicken: chicken, peanut oil, tea sauce, ginger slices, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, stir and marinate for later use

2. Cut shiitake mushrooms and garlic into cubes, set aside

3. Dice garlic: separate the garlic body from the garlic leaves, and set aside

4. Celery (small amount): diced and set aside

5. After heating up the oil, fry the minced garlic and shiitake mushrooms (Materials in Step 2) until slightly yellow

6. Fry the garlic "garlic body" (Materials in Step 3) in the pan for a while

7. Put the marinated chicken in the pot and stir-fry evenly over high heat

8. Put in a small bowl of water, stir fry evenly, and boil

9. Put the rice in the pot and stir-fry evenly over low heat

10. Add garlic leaves and diced celery, and continue to stir-fry evenly

Tips:

Friends who don’t like ginger can pick out the ginger slices from the marinated chicken when preparing for step 7.
