My son likes to eat meatballs. With an air fryer, I don’t need to deep-fry them. Of course, I don’t think the taste is as good as those fried in oil, but with tomato sauce, my son likes it as much.

Mushroom Chicken Meatballs

1. Ready chicken breast

2. Wash the mushrooms

3. Peel the carrots

4. Then cut the carrots, shiitake mushrooms, chives, and chicken breasts

5. Add the chicken breast to the meat grinder

6. Light soy sauce is also necessary, add some sugar and chicken essence

7. Add the right amount of cooking wine
