Mushroom Chicken Nuggets Noodles

Remove the internal organs of the chicken, clean it, put it into the pot and filter it again, soak the mushrooms in boiling water for half an hour in advance, and cut the ginger into pieces for later use. Shiitake mushrooms are small and taste superb. The chicken nuggets are grass chicken, with tender skin and tender meat, and the braised sauce tastes good.
