Mushroom Chicken Soup

Prepare the ingredients, wash the chicken (don't have the internal organs), cut into small pieces, wash the mushrooms, soak in advance, cut the scallion into sections, slice the ginger, and cut the codonopsis.

Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add the chicken pieces, boil on high heat, and cook for a few minutes until the chicken is discolored, skim the foam, and remove the chicken.

Tips:
