Tips:

The chicken must be blanched first to get rid of the fishy smell, so that the soup will be fragrant.
The water used for soaking the mushrooms does not need to be poured out, it is directly used to make the soup, and the mushroom flavor of the soup is stronger.
The chicken and mushrooms are already delicious, so you don't need to add other seasonings, just add salt to taste.
