Mushroom Chicken Wing Tip

Ingredients: fresh shiitake mushrooms.

Tips of chicken wings (cleaned).

Sliced ginger and green onion.

Wash the fresh mushrooms.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the tip of the chicken wing into a pot of clean water, blanch the ginger slices, and remove.

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add shiitake mushrooms and chicken wing tips and stir fry.

Then, pour some water, add some cooking wine and bring to a boil.

Then, add some salt, light soy sauce, and sugar to season and boil until the soup thickens.
