Mushrooms and chicken are both fresh ingredients, and they are also rich in nutrients. Regular consumption can improve the body's immunity and is very beneficial to health. This dish tastes more delicious after adding garlic sauce at the end.

Mushroom Chicken with Garlic Sauce

1. Prepare ingredients

2. After washing the chicken thighs, remove the bones, peel the skin and cut into cubes. Grab them with salt, cooking wine, cornstarch and a little fresh soy sauce and marinate for one hour.

3. Wash the mushrooms with light salt water and dice

4. Prepare green onion, sliced ginger, sliced garlic and diced carrot

5. After the water in the pot is boiled, pour the mushrooms into the blanching water for half a minute and then remove

6. Add the diced chicken in a hot pot with warm oil and stir until the color changes.

7. Save the oil, add the ginger and garlic slices and sauté

8. Pour the diced carrots and stir-fry evenly before adding the mushrooms

9. Pour the chicken and add the cooking wine

10. Add a pinch of salt and stir fry for 2 minutes

11. Add garlic and black bean sauce and stir fry evenly.

12. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

Tips:

1. This dish is very delicious, no need to add chicken essence
2. After the chicken has been marinated, add garlic and black bean sauce at the end, add a little salt to let the mushrooms taste
