Mushroom Chicken with Garlic Sauce

Prepare ingredients

After washing the chicken thighs, remove the bones, peel the skin and cut into cubes. Grab them with salt, cooking wine, cornstarch and a little fresh soy sauce and marinate for one hour.

Wash the mushrooms with light salt water and dice

Prepare green onion, sliced ginger, sliced garlic and diced carrot

Tips:
1. This dish is very delicious, no need to add chicken essence
2. After the chicken has been marinated, add garlic and black bean sauce at the end, add a little salt to let the mushrooms taste
