Mushroom Chili Sauce

Dice lean meat and marinate in light soy sauce, dice shiitake mushrooms, dice green and red pepper, mince green onion, ginger and garlic

Pour peanut oil in a hot pan, add more oil, add diced meat and stir fry, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, green onion, ginger and garlic

Tips:
Put more oil. If you feel that the oil is not enough halfway, you can pour some oil along the side of the pot.
