Mushroom Corn Soup

Corn, carrots, pork, mushrooms, eggs.

Dice pork, add starch, sugar, salt, and oil to marinate, dice carrots, slice mushrooms into thin skins, and wash corn.

Bring the corn and carrots to a boil, then cook for 10 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.

Add pork.

Add starch water to make the soup a bit thicker.

Finally, add the beaten eggs and season with some salt.
