Mushroom Egg Custard

Spread a layer of oil in a bowl, stir the eggs

Dice oyster mushrooms, mince green onions
3.
Prepare a bowl of warm water
4.
Mix the egg and warm water at a ratio of 1:2 and stir well
5.
Add diced eryngii mushrooms and chopped green onions
6.
Put it in the microwave oven on high heat for 3 minutes
7.
Take it out in 3 minutes
