Mushroom Egg Soup

Wash the mushrooms and prepare the eggs.

Tricholoma slices.

Beat the eggs, add half a spoon of cooking wine, a spoon of water, a few drops of vinegar and mix thoroughly.

Put water in a pot to boil.

Pour the mushroom slices into the mouth and cook for a fragrance, sprinkle with egg liquid, add salt and mix thoroughly.
