The fresh shiitake mushrooms mailed from Zhongjing Base are big fat, used for stewing soup, and they are delicious. In winter, I make a nourishing hen soup. After drinking it, I used the stewed chicken ingredients bought in the supermarket.

Mushroom Hen Soup

1. Clean fresh shiitake mushrooms.

2. Tear into pieces and squeeze dry water.

3. Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and prepare the material package.

4. The hens are cleaned.

5. Boiled water.

6. Put in a casserole, add green onion, ginger slices, shiitake mushrooms, and ingredients.

7. Simmer for three hours on medium and low heat, sprinkle with salt or pepper, and serve. Sprinkle with chopped green onion or coriander on the surface.
